Every piece of jewelry bought at Belissima Vip is accompanied by a Certificate of Quality. This cirtifies that the purchaced product corresponds exactly to the displayed carats and weight.

The gurantee period is 30 days (thirty days).

For removable defects which are not caused by the client, products are repaired in 10 days period of time.нтират в срок от 10/десет/ дни.

You can replace in 3 days the product you've bought with another, however it has to be at the same price.

Money are not refunded.

Guarantee conditions are valid only against Certificate of Quality.
